I just have to do a post on one of our favorite authors - Grace Lin is just superb - her works are beautiful AND so fun since we seek out anything Asian!!! If you haven't seen her books - go check them out - and if you have, make sure you see her new one - Lissy's Friends.

These look so lovely. I love the bright and beautiful colors of these pages. My very favorite book of this kind however is The Empty Pot.. I cry every time I read it.
