Harvesting the Heart

If you've read my blog for any length of time, you know that Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite contemporary fiction writers. Her stories are well-written, thought-provoking, and relevant - I like that. I just finished one of her older novels, Harvesting the Heart, and again, found it to be worth the read. I resonated with so much of the book - a young mom, struggling to figure out where she fits with a newborn and being home all day and a husband that is very busy - I think many young moms can understand that whole feeling of "who am I?" I highly recommend Picoult - she just rarely disappoints!!
